Relevent Football Partners (RFP) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Relevent, purpose-built to commercialise the UEFA men’s club competitions globally. An independent entity, RFP is tasked with providing UC3 — the joint venture between UEFA and the European Club Association (ECA) — strategic and sales support in the worldwide marketing and sale of media, sponsorship, and licensing rights for the UEFA Champions League, UEFA Europa League, UEFA Conference League, UEFA Super Cup, UEFA Youth League, and the UEFA Futsal Champions League.
Following the UC3 tender process, Relevent Football Partners was awarded the commercial rights to the UEFA men’s club competitions (Champions League, Europa League and Conference League) on a global basis for the 2027 to 2033 cycle.
As such, Relevent Football Partners is now seeking to build a truly world class business focused on the monetisation of these commercial rights.
Position Summary
We are seeking a strategic, creative, and data-driven Senior Manager, Revenue Operations to lead and optimize our go-to-market operations for UCL, UEL and UECL. This role will be responsible for managing a team, across multiple geographies and all UEFA Men’s Club Competitions, to establish sales systems, processes and materials to maximize success. This highly collaborative role will align with sales, research & insights, partnership management, legal and finance to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate has experience in supporting global sponsorship sales, combines analytical rigor with creativity, and has a proven track record of scaling revenue through process optimization, systems management, and creative idea delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Strategy & Planning
Participate in package creation, customization and pricing: UCL Global, UCL Regional, UEL & UECL. Help generate and develop ideas to unlock incremental revenue.
Collaborate with Partnerships and Sales teams to use marketplace data and category insights to create customized strategy and ideas for prospective sponsor discussions and current partner renewals.
Develop persuasive, sales materials ensuring consistently across the globe.
Develop and monitor KPIs and dashboards to track performance across the revenue funnel.
Technology & Systems Management
- Own the CRM system, ensuring systems are optimized and integrated to support business needs.
- Evaluate, select, and implement tools to improve forecasting accuracy, pipeline visibility, and operational efficiency.
- Drive adoption of best practices and tools across Sponsorship & Licensing.
Analytics & Insights
- Deliver actionable insights to senior leadership through dashboards, reports, and analysis.
- Identify revenue trends, risks, and opportunities; provide recommendations to improve conversion, expansion, and retention.
- Partner with Finance on pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and revenue reporting.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Act as a trusted advisor to GTM leaders, fostering alignment across teams.
- Work across entire Sponsorship & Licensing organization to influence positive outcomes.
Qualifications
- Experience in global sports sponsorship, ideally sales, sales support or partnership management.
- Strong experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related GTM functions
- Advanced proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce required)
- Excellent analytical skills; ability to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations.
- Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives and driving organizational alignment.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
