Job Summary
We’re seeking a hands-on Head of Revenue Operations to scale MintRx’s Shopify-based e-commerce platform, targeting 10,000+ monthly orders, while driving B2B sales for MedMetrics. This role owns revenue strategy, leveraging AI-driven Google Ads, subscriptions, and digital campaigns for patient-centric growth, with secondary oversight of MedMetrics’ clinic partnerships. Using EOS/Traction, you’ll lead a lean team to achieve bold goals in the booming telehealth sector. Ideal for a strategic operator passionate about digital health and execution.
Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce & Digital Marketing (MintRx)
· Drive MintRx’s e-commerce revenue via patient acquisition, retention, and conversion rate optimization (target: 20%+ increase) on Shopify.
· Optimize Google Ads campaigns using AI for ad targeting and personalization to maximize ROI.
· Scale subscriptions to boost recurring revenue and reduce churn by 15%, ensuring HIPAA-compliant patient journeys.
· Test emerging channels (e.g., TikTok ads, AI chatbots) to fuel MintRx’s growth.
B2B Sales (MedMetrics)
· Build B2B sales pipelines for MedMetrics, targeting prescribers and clinics to expand partnerships for compounded medications, using HubSpot.
· Lead outbound efforts and create sales materials to foster long-term relationships.
EOS/Traction Leadership
· Own EOS implementation across both brands, leading weekly L10 meetings, setting quarterly Rocks, and managing scorecards.
· Ensure cross-functional alignment across marketing, pharmacy, and operations to meet revenue goals.
Data and Reporting
· Track KPIs (CAC, LTV, AOV, churn) using Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Excel to drive decisions.
· Collaborate with product and pharmacy teams on pricing and patient-centric launches.
· Deliver biweekly revenue forecasts and campaign reports to leadership.
Qualifications
- 5–10 years of experience in revenue or sales management, ideally in eCommerce, digital health, or SaaS
· Proven EOS/Traction expertise (certification or hands-on experience required).
· Advanced skills in Google Ads, Shopify, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot).
· Strong B2B sales experience, including pipeline development and partnership building
· Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing; MBA or equivalent preferred.

Pay: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
