We have been retained by our client in northwest Dallas to deliver a Chief Revenue Officer to work on a regular full-time, direct hire basis on a Hybrid schedule, 3 days a week in the office, 2 days a week from home.
The Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at this fintech mortgage software consulting company will be an executive responsible for all revenue-generating activities including aligning the sales, marketing, and customer success teams to a unified commercial strategy to drive growth and profitability within the fintech sectors of the mortgage industry. The role focuses on capitalizing within the dynamic mortgage market that is increasingly prioritizing the value of well thought-out digital solutions, automation, and data analytics. Create a comprehensive strategy for sustainable growth by aligning sales, marketing, and business development efforts. This includes setting ambitious revenue targets and developing long-term plans to achieve them. Ensure an efficient and effective customer acquisition process. Oversee the implementation of technology to make the mortgage process more efficient for clients. Manage and mentor the sales, marketing, and customer success departments. Use data analytics to inform strategic decisions. Analyze market trends. responsible for overseeing, guiding, mentoring, and managing the customer success managers. The CRO builds bridges between these functions to ensure a seamless customer journey from initial engagement to retention and growth. This CRO is responsible for ensuring the consulting services or fintech offered will provide tangible value to the prospective financial services enterprises, fintech product companies, including mortgage lenders.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree, prefer: business or finance, or computer science. Masters or MBA preferred. 10+ years experience: progressive leadership experience in sales, marketing, revenue growth or business development, with a proven track record of driving significant growth. Client Success Manager, and Chief Revenue Manager or CRO, Chief Revenue Officer Experience in a fintech or financial services and especially mortgage, or loan origination, or loan processing environment is highly valued. Some financial business domain experience required. Mortgage industry experience makes this learning curve much less steep.
If you seek a role that is 100% Remote work, this is not the job for you – you will be working onsite 3 days a week in Northwest Dallas. Residence in the Dallas – Fort Worth metroplex is required. You will work with this leadership and a small team of dedicated software engineering resources working Monday through Friday with regular work weeks.
Base salary, i.e. $120,000 per year base salary plus commission at OTE = $150K+ first year
Go above OTE, and $200-250K is possible first year.
