THE TEAM AND YOUR ROLE
As a
Sales Operations Manager (all genders), you are the backbone of our Enterprise Sales organization. You ensure that our complex sales processes run efficiently and are scalable. You create transparency in the pipeline, manage our tools and data, and lay the foundation for our sales team to operate successfully.
YOUR TASKS
- Building, optimizing, and standardizing Enterprise Sales processes (including tenders, compliance, contract workflows, and approval processes)
- Owning our CRM (HubSpot), including data quality, automations, workflows, and reporting
- Supporting the implementation and further development of sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC)
- Preparing forecasts and scenarios for long, complex sales cycles
- Supporting management in deal reviews, decision-making, and account planning
- Developing playbooks and guidelines for Enterprise Sales
- Monitoring relevant KPIs
- Close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and the executive team
Your Qualifications
- Experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Consulting, or a comparable field — whether you bring several years of experience or are at the beginning of your career and eager to develop in this area
- Analytical thinking, structured working style, and a strong sense for processes and data
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot is a plus, not a must)
- High willingness to learn, initiative, and interest in understanding complex Enterprise Sales processes
- Strong communication skills, team spirit, and a hands-on mentality
- Bonus (not required): knowledge of MEDDPICC or experience with public-sector tenders
