POSITION SUMMARY
As the Manager of Business Operations Excellence, you will play a key role in driving in the optimization and streamlining all of OAK+FORT departmental SOP's to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and drive operational excellence. You will be doing this work while also supporting a culture that is focused on continuous improvement. You are a hands-on leader with a passion for business process improvement, adept project management skills, and the ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Act as a liaison between different business units, promoting effective communication and collaboration to drive collective success

Collaborate with SLT to identify, prioritize, and implement initiatives that drive operational excellence across various departments

Create an environment of continuous improvement and operational excellence among employees across all levels

Design and implement an accountability framework that ensures teams are responsible for meeting timelines and delivering on commitments

Establish and manage the performance evolution of corporate and departmental KPIs to gauge the success and impact of process optimization initiatives

Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to promote a collaborative learning environment within O+F
-
Implement regular feedback sessions or surveys to understand different POV on current processes and identify areas for improvement

Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to conduct thorough analyses of existing processes, pinpointing inefficiencies, and designing and implementing improvements

Leverage data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and guide strategic decision-making

Prepare and present regular reports to Operations leadership team and SLT, offering live views of operational performance and areas of improvement

Provide ad-hoc support for SLT reviews and meetings, including Annual, QBR and Monthly KPI reviews among others

Spearhead the development and execution of operational strategies that are aligned with the overarching goals and vision of OAK+FORT

Take charge of critical projects related to business operations, overseeing the entire project life cycle from conceptualization to delivery
