Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Operations Coordinator who will support our real estate development projects while also helping run the day-to-day operations of our office and business.
This role is ideal for someone early to mid-career who is highly organized, personable, and enjoys wearing multiple hats. You will act as a key support resource across development coordination, office administration, internal operations, and company culture initiatives. This role offers meaningful responsibility and room to grow with the company.
Key Responsibilities
Office Administration & Daily Operations
- Manage phones, emails, and general correspondence
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, consultants, and staff
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory
- Keep the office tidy, organized, and presentable
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and small internal events
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to senior management
- Assist with invoicing, billing, and receipt tracking
- Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and service providers
- Help plan and support company events, meetings, and gatherings
- Assist with hosting consultants, investors, and guests
- Support internal culture initiatives and team communications
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as needed (site visits, document drop-offs, attending meetings, errands)
- Act as a flexible support resource across development, operations, and hospitality teams
Development & Project Coordination
- Support multiple real estate development projects through design, permitting, financing, and construction
- Conduct research on zoning, market data, and comparable projects
- Assist with investor materials, presentations, and internal reports
Preferred Skills and Experience
- 1–4 years of experience in administration, real estate, business operations, or project coordination
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Excel experience an asset)
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and reliability
- Willingness to be hands-on and adaptable
- Interest in real estate development, hospitality, and growing with a company

Other Information
Salary range: $55,000 - $65,000. Actual salary will depend on experience, skills and qualifications.
