Job Title: Business Operations Associate

* Role Overview
This is a unique opportunity for a driven, detail-oriented individual with 2–4 years of experience and a business degree to join our team in an operations-focused role. You’ll work directly with the current General Manager, learning every facet of the business -from customer workflows and supplier coordination to product management and strategic planning.
This is not just a job - it’s a career path. The right candidate will be mentored with the goal of eventually stepping into a senior leadership role.
* Responsibilities
- Learn and support day-to-day operations across departments: sales / service, pre-production, product / software management, logistics / shipping.
- Analyze workflows and identify opportunities for efficiency and automation
- Help implement and optimize internal systems and processes
- Support reporting, forecasting, and KPI tracking
- Contribute to strategic planning and cross-functional initiatives
- Take ownership of projects and drive them to completion
- Shadow and collaborate with the General Manager to understand the full scope of business operations
* Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in operations, business analysis, or project coordination
- Ambitious and eager to grow into a leadership role
- Logical thinker with strong decision-making skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems (bonus if you’ve worked with SaaS tools or CRMs)
- A 'duer' — hands-on, proactive, and resourceful
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
