Sales Operations Manager
, you’ll do just that for our growing sales teams (design, trade, hospitality + showroom). You’ll bring structure to our sales engine, building smart systems that empower our teams to do their best work. From process design to forecasting, your work will drive clarity, consistency, and performance.
You’ll work closely with our SVP of Growth/Head of Sales to translate strategy into execution—helping the team stay focused, efficient, and equipped to grow.

Sales Tools & Infrastructure:
Take full ownership of our
HubSpot CRM
, continuously refining it to ensure clean data, seamless workflows, and full team adoption. Optimize our
HubSpot CRM, Shopify sales processes, and connected sales tech stack
, partnering with IT/Operations on integrations (ERP, ecommerce, and third-party tools)

Champion Data Integrity & Scale,
reviewing existing data schemas and finding opportunities to improve records. Maintain accurate and consistent customer, company lead and deal records. Manage
large datasets and complex processes
across multiple systems, ensuring data reliability and usability for the sales organization

Process Optimization:
Design and refine sales workflows across Trade, Hospitality, DTC Design Services, and Showroom to improve efficiency and customer experience.
Streamline every touchpoint—from lead routing to pipeline management to client handoffs—so the process feels as elevated as the product

Proactively follow up with team members to drive consistency, reinforce best practices, and keep operations running at their highest level
Deliver Insightful Reporting & Forecasting

Build and maintain dashboards and reports in
Hubspot
and
Looker
, surfacing trends in pipeline health, team performance, and closed revenue

Develop monthly and quarterly forecasts for sales teams, aligning with historical trends and team capacity

Provide data-driven recommendations to the Head of Sales t

support strategic planning and resource allocation
Champion Process, Accountability & Continuous Improvement

Conduct regular audits of systems and workflows to identify and resolve inefficiencies
-
Enforce team-wide accountability around process adoption, while offering support and coaching where needed
-
Bring a growth mindset—always looking for opportunities to improve how the team works and wins together

3-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, ideally supporting multiple sales functions
-
Deep working knowledge of
HubSpot and Shopify
, with a proven ability to drive adoption, accuracy, and insight
-
Experience working closely with sales leadership to implement and enable strategy at scale
-
Strong analytical skills—you can turn raw data into meaningful action
-
Excellent communication and follow-through—you hold the team accountable with clarity and care

A process-oriented mindset with the flexibility to adapt as we grow
