Senior Sales Operations Analyst

Who You Are: As GoNanas’ Senior Sales Operations Analyst, you’ll be a critical partner to Sales,
Operations, and Planning, ensuring our wholesale business runs smoothly and efficiently. Y ou’ll own the day-to-day execution that supports inventory visibility, demand planning, distributor coordination, and sales data analysis. This role is ideal for someone who is highly detail-oriented, analytical, and thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day sales operations across wholesale and distributor channels
- Manage inventory reporting and support demand planning and forecasting in partnership with Sales and Operations
- Maintain accurate inventory and item master data, including lead times, MOQs, supplier details, and certifications
- Oversee wholesale orders, purchase orders, and post-delivery audits
- Coordinate distributor logistics and partner with distributors to ensure appropriate inventory levels across warehouses
- Coordinate freight for finished goods and raw materials across co manufacturer and warehouse network
- Own sales data workflows, including pulling and analyzing data to support retailer meetings, demand planning, and promotional forecasting
- Support promotional execution, including promo setup, calendar coordination, and post-event analysis to inform future trade investment
- Track and support deduction management and issue resolution with distributor partners
- Lead weekly Sales Operations meetings and drive clear follow-through on action items
- Manage cross-functional task tracking and deadlines to prevent sales or operations delays
- Support new item setup, including certifications (e.g., gluten-free, Non-GMO) and launch documentation
- Assist with R&D and new supplier onboarding, including vendor setup and cross-functional coordination
Skills and Experience Required:
- 3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Operations, Supply Chain, or Logistics
- Experience in a CPG or startup environment strongly preferred
- Familiarity with wholesale distributors (e.g., KeHE, UNFI) and syndicated data tools is a plus
- Experience working with ERP systems and EDI
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills; comfort working with large datasets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Self-directed, proactive, and excited to take ownership in an unstructured environment
