Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) based in Varanasi. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, including strategic financial planning, managing financial statements, and conducting financial analysis. The role involves developing financial strategies, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The CFO will work closely with senior management to drive financial performance and support organizational growth.

- Knowledge and experience in preparing and managing Financial Statements
- Strong Analytical Skills in the context of Finance
- Experience in Financial Reporting and Compliance
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with senior management and teams
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or MBA is preferred
