We are looking for a Sales Operations Administrator who has excellent organizational skills to support our sales team by streamlining processes, managing data, and ensuring the efficient operation of day-to-day sales activities. The ideal candidate will have natural flexibility in handling day-to-day routines as well as surprises. This role will play a key part in maintaining CRM accuracy, generating reports, and supporting cross-functional collaboration between Sales, Marketing, and Finance. The Sales Operations Administrator will provide strong, reliable support for employees and customers by ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety.
This position is 100% onsite at our office and reports to the Vice President of Sales.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Programs
- Under the guidance of the Vice President of Sales, the development, implementation and executing the N9NE Spiff and Demo Program.
Reporting and Analytics
- The development and communication of weekly, monthly and quarterly business analytics to the sales team and company.
- Manage, measure and communicate analytics for the N9NE Renderings and Quoting program.
Administrative Management
- Overseeing day-to-day objectives of this position and ensuring the correct documentation is developed, maintained and filed appropriately.
- Development, communication and execution of sales materials for the N9NE sales team, consisting of sales promotions, product launch and training materials.
- Assist in the evaluation, implementation, and administration of sales tools and technologies.
- CRM Administration: Maintain accurate records in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), including data entry, lead tracking, account updates, and opportunity management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: 2 or more years of experience as a Sales Operations, Sales Support or Administrative role – preferably in a B2B environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), Excel/Google Sheets, and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Knowledge of sales, product, marketing and operational function
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
- Experience with creating sales presentations
- Familiarity with Microsoft Teams is a plus
