Role Description
This person will be at the core of delivering Banterr's success and growth. With specific focus on user acquisition, this person will have full business ownership of how we show up in market and reach Banterr's target audience.
Day-to-day tasks include developing the GTM strategy and then managing and coordinating live Brand activations. The role also requires monitoring product performance metrics to ensure alignment with business objectives, and then driving continuous improvement initiatives to refine our product.
This is an part time, on-site role located in Chicago.
Live in market activations will vary but will be based in the Chicagoland area.
Qualifications
- Experience selling and coordinating live in-market activations to acquire users.
- Experience in Marketing & GTM strategy development and market analysis skills
- Strong project management and coordination skills
- Effective communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or related field
- Experience in SaaS or tech industry is a plus
