Seeking a highly skilled Salesforce CPQ Developer (5–7 years) with deep expertise in Salesforce CPQ, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Integrations, and DevOps. The candidate will drive the design and implementation of advanced CPQ processes, develop scalable and secure solutions, and ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems.
CPQ Development
- Implement complex CPQ capabilities: Amendments, Renewals, MDQ, QCP (Quote Calculator Plugin), Advanced Approvals, Pricing Waterfall
- Build Product & Price Rules for advanced configuration, validation, and pricing logic.
- Optimize CPQ performance for large catalogs and high-volume quoting environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve CPQ calculation engine issues, rule conflicts, and lifecycle edge cases.
Logik.io upskilling
Apex Development
- Develop scalable Apex classes, triggers, and asynchronous processes (Batch, Queueable, Future).
- Apply advanced design patterns (Unit of Work, Factory, Strategy) for reusability and maintainability.
- Build API integrations with robust error handling, retries, and logging frameworks.
- Ensure best practices in test-driven development with >85% meaningful code coverage.
Advanced LWC Development
- Build enterprise-grade Lightning Web Components for guided selling, product selectors, and custom CPQ UIs.
- Optimize LWCs for performance and responsiveness with caching, reusable components, and event-driven design.
- Integrate LWCs with Apex and CPQ APIs to support real-time calculations and dynamic quoting flows.
Integration
- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce CPQ and external systems (ERP, Billing, Payment, Data Lakes).
- Leverage REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Change Data Capture (CDC), and middleware (Snaplogic is preferred as it is used, others are also fine).
- Ensure real-time data sync for orders, contracts, and invoicing while avoiding duplication and latency issues.
- Define error handling, retry, and monitoring strategies for mission-critical integrations.
DevOps & Release Management
- Implement Salesforce CI/CD pipelines using Opsera (preferred), Copado, Gearset, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.
- Manage version control (Git), branching strategies, and deployment automation.
- Automate test execution, static code analysis, and metadata deployments.
- Establish governance for multi-org deployments (Dev, QA, UAT, Prod) ensuring compliance and audit readiness.
Security & Compliance
- Implement Salesforce security model (Profiles, Permission Sets, Role Hierarchy, Sharing Rules).
- Ensure data governance and compliance with SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, or industry standards.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce enterprise-level guardrails.
