Required Skills/Experience:
- 8+ years of professional experience in Software Product development managing product engineering teams to build and deliver B2B/B2C web and mobile applications.
- Strong Programming skills in Java/Spring Boot/Hibernate is mandatory
- Good knowledge in OOPS design patterns and data structures will be required
- Expertise in the design and development of Microservices with knowledge of various Microservices design patterns
- Must have Strong hands-on experience in building applications with AngularJS as UI technology with Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS. Knowledge of React JS will be a big plus.
- Experience in building web applications with MySQL/PostgreSQL/Oracle as a database system is mandatory
- Work experience in integration platforms like MuleSoft/Dell Boomi/Camel will be a big plus.
- Experience in DevSecOps processes and related tools will be preferred
- Good hands-on experience in Linux/Ubuntu/CentOS is required
- Experience in Containerization of Java applications with Docker/Podman and Kubernetes-based container management will be required.
- Experience in Agile software Development and scrum is mandatory
- Strong ability to quickly learn new technology/frameworks and implement for
- Willingness to work in a rapid product development environment and deliver on-demand to meet customer requirements.
- Knowledge of AWS/GCP/Azure Cloud services will be an advantage
Responsibilities:
- Technical Lead of product engineering will provide architectural and design directions to the engineering team and will be responsible to
- deliver high quality cloud native software product.
- Implement best practices and coding standards for product development
- Guide the product engineering team through technical issues and fix technical problems
- Provide coaching, counselling to team members
- Delegate work and assignments to the team members as required
- Collaborate with Product Management and product owners for sprint planning and
- Identifying risks and forming contingency plans to meet the delivery schedule
- Define and manage Test Automation by creating e2e test suites for all components by working Quality
- engineering team
- Manage CI/CD process for the product by working closely with DevOps teams
- Keep abreast of emerging Open source technologies
- Promote innovation and technical excellence in the team
