This role sits at the intersection of GTM Strategy, Sales Excellence, and Business Systems – focused on designing scalable processes and tooling to power our sales, marketing, and expansion engine. You’ll partner cross-functionally to build the infrastructure behind funnel analytics, GTM process automation, and Salesforce data integrity.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll combine analytical thinking and operational rigor. A core focus of this role will be evaluating and operationalizing an AI-powered tech stack to drive productivity, decision-making, and scale across our go-to-market motion.
What You Will Do
- GTM Tech Stack. Collaborate with GTM Ops and Business Systems to design, document, and implement scalable automations and integrations across the GTM tech stack
- Tooling Rollout. Translate strategic GTM initiatives into operational system requirements and ensure successful implementation across tools and processes.
- Special Projects. Lead special projects involving GTM tooling, process redesign, or new system rollouts (e.g., product-led growth, channel onboarding, handoff to post-sales teams, etc.)
- GTM Data Integrity. Act as a quality owner of GTM data cleanliness, integrity, and governance across accounts, contacts, leads, and opportunities.
- AI Tools. Evaluate AI tools and platforms for use in Sales and Customer Success (i.e., AI forecasting, auto-logging, conversation intelligence, AI enrichment, etc) and partner with Sales Enablement to drive adoption and training
- Issue triage and support: Be a go-to resource for Sales, supporting tool troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution
What You Will Need
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue / Sales Operations, Business Systems, GTM Engineering, or related functions in a fast-paced B2B SaaS or Cloud Infrastructure environment
- Salesforce expertise required; strong working knowledge of data architecture and workflow automation
- Familiarity with modern RevOps tech stack, including Outreach, HubSpot, LeanData, ZoomInfo, Apollo, Gong, or equivalents
- Experience evaluating or implementing AI tools for GTM
- Strong analytical skills, particularly in Google Sheets and SQL
- Excellent cross-functional communication and project management skills
