Welcome. We’re glad you’re here. And we’re not just saying that. We’re glad we’re here too. We are proud of this company and take great pleasure in introducing you to the Watson difference.
We are builders.
For 60 years we have designed and built revolutionary and award-winning workplace solutions for some of the most dynamic and innovative companies. Our designs are functional, simplistic, and manufactured with a high respect for our environment and our people. We are proud to source the best talent and materials at our manufacturing facility in Poulsbo, WA.
The Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) is the growth engine of Watson. This senior executive is responsible for driving top-line expansion, scaling sustainable revenue from ~$50M toward $100M and beyond. The CRO oversees all revenue-generating functions—including sales, marketing, and customer experience—and is accountable for delivering results through strategy, execution, and leadership.
Work Location
This role will balance time between The Orchard—our Pacific Northwest headquarters in Poulsbo, WA—and our Seattle Design Studio.
The Orchard is more than merely our headquarters and the land that surrounds it. With a perimeter of towering Douglas firs and vistas of the Olympic Mountains, it’s quite the inspirational workplace. The Orchard is more expansive than its literal acreage; it's an oxygen-rich metaphor of what we're here to do and, more importantly, what we’re here to take care of. We love working here, and we think you will too.
Our Seattle Design Studio provides the opportunity to be closer to the architecture and design community, fostering collaboration, innovation, and customer engagement in the heart of the city. The CRO will be expected to thoughtfully balance presence in both spaces to maximize leadership impact across our business.
