- Engage with local communities and digital forums to identify and connect with new hosts.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to refine messaging based on feedback.
- Show strong ownership in solving problems and enhancing operational processes.
Skills
- 3-5 years of experience in sales or grassroots operations.
- Exceptional communication skills with a positive and authentic tone.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and conversations effectively.
- Natural ability to build relationships and connect with people.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in fast-paced startup environments with comfort in ambiguity.
- Background in real estate, hospitality, or direct-to-consumer businesses.
- Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable.
- Passion for hospitality and understanding of small business owners' needs.
