As a Working Student in Go-to-Market (GTM) Automation, you will support the development and optimization of automation workflows that connect Marketing, Business Development, and Sales. Your mission is to make our commercial teams more productive - not by scaling headcount, but by scaling efficiency through smart automation, data flows, and AI-driven solutions.
In this role, you will work hands-on with tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and modern AI applications to streamline lead management, improve data quality, and enhance collaboration across teams. You’ll identify new tools, test and evaluate their potential, and document best practices, contributing directly to how osapiens operates at scale.
This position is ideal for a tech-savvy, analytical student who enjoys exploring how systems, data, and automation can drive business impact. You’ll be guided by our VP of Business Development in Berlin while working closely with commercial, legal, and IT stakeholders remotely.

Workflow Automation: Support the setup, maintenance, and optimization of GTM automation workflows, including lead generation, routing, qualification, enrichment, nurturing, and customer lifecycle triggers.
- Tech Stack Development: Help expand and optimize the GTM tool landscape by defining use cases, testing, and evaluating new automation or AI tools that improve commercial productivity.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Business Development, and Sales to identify automation opportunities that reduce manual work and increase team efficiency.
- Tool Research & Evaluation: Research new tools (e.g., n8n, Perplexity, ChatGPT-based platforms) and pre-evaluate their fit for our GTM processes.
- AI & Workflow Building: Create and test prompt-based workflows using AI tools to automate or enhance key business tasks.
- Documentation & Enablement: Document workflows, best practices, and tool configurations to ensure knowledge is shared across teams.
- Continuous Improvement: Suggest and pilot new ideas that enhance lead management and data enrichment processes.

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical mindset and passion for process automation, data, and systems.
- Understanding of CRM and lead automation concepts (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Deep interest in AI tools and prompting (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity) and how they can be used to streamline commercial workflows.
- Structured, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying and solving challenges.
- Comfortable working in English; German is a plus.
- Located in Berlin
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in SaaS, marketing, or business development, preferable in an AI-Start-Up environment.
- Familiarity with APIs, data flows, and integrations between tools.
- Understanding of B2B sales processes or sales funnel logic.
- Experience with workflow automation or tool evaluation in a startup or tech context.
