The Role

Location: Berlin (On-site 3 days/week)

Demand is outpacing our capacity. We are growing faster than we can hire, and we need high-agency support to unblock our Go-to-Market engine immediately.
This is not a generic "support" role. You are the Versatile Operator for the Founder’s Office.
Your mission as
Founders Associate is simple: do whatever is necessary to unblock growth. One month, that might mean building a new outbound sequence for our Hospitality vertical. Next, it might mean running a booth at a major conference.
The catch? The target moves. As the company scales, your focus will shift from "doing" to "building systems." You aren't here to be told what to do; you are here to figure out what needs to be done.
What You Will Actually Do
- Execute the GTM Strategy: You will work directly with the Chief of Staff and Founders to execute our most critical commercial sprints—whether that’s outbound prospecting, managing partnerships, or launching events.
- Build the "Machine": You will systematically dismantle manual work. You will use AI and low-code tools to automate our internal processes so they scale without adding headcount.
- Operational Catalyst: You will handle the critical operational work that keeps the leadership team moving fast. If a fire starts, you put it out.

- Experience: Recent graduate or ~1 year of high-intensity experience (Scaleup, VC, or a "tier-one" internship).
