Core Responsibilities
- End‑to‑end financial strategy, planning, and performance management
- Financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analytical insight
- Regulatory compliance, internal controls, and enterprise risk oversight
- Capital, liquidity, and balance‑sheet strategy
- Collaboration with leadership on growth initiatives and operational efficiency
- Oversight of accounting, FP&A, audit, and external advisory relationships
- Clear communication of complex financial data to executive and board audiences
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred)
- 8–12+ years of progressive finance leadership experience
- Background in banking, credit, lending, or other regulated financial sectors
- Demonstrated success guiding organizations through growth, transformation, or complexity
