Position Overview
The Chief Revenue Officer will be the driving force behind our revenue growth, responsible for both acquiring new clients and expanding relationships with existing accounts. This role is ideal for an experienced, strategic, highly motivated, and innovative leader who is eager to create new opportunities and will roll up their sleeves. As a key member of the leadership team, the CRO will collaborate closely with the CEO and manage key leaders in sales and account management. They will set the strategic vision for revenue growth while executing tactically to deliver results.

Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Growth: Develop and execute a strategic plan to acquire new clients and grow existing accounts, focusing on large and mid-sized organizations.
- Client Development: Build strong relationships from scratch with senior leaders in Learning & Development (L&D), HR, and organizational leadership.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and account management teams to align efforts and ensure exceptional client outcomes.
Thought Leadership: Represent the company externally as a trusted partner to clients and a thought leader in the learning and development space.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of generating revenue through new client acquisition and account growth, ideally in professional services, consulting, or learning and development.
- 10 plus years experience selling to senior leaders in Learning & Development, HR, or Talent Management functions.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to be scrappy, creative, and persistent in pursuing opportunities.
- Exceptional relationship-building and networking skills, with the motivation to develop new client relationships from scratch.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Comfort working in a fully remote environment and thriving in a fast-paced, growth-oriented company.
