We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Chief Revenue Officer to lead and grow all revenue-generating functions of our organization. The CRO will own the company’s revenue strategy, drive sales and business development, optimize revenue operations, and align marketing and partnerships to achieve consistent, profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive revenue strategies across all business lines.
- Lead Sales, Business Development, Revenue Operations, and Partnerships teams.
- Own pipeline management, forecasting, and revenue analytics to drive predictable growth.
- Identify new business opportunities, partners, and channels to expand revenue streams.
- Optimize pricing, deal structures, and margins to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing to align demand generation and lead management with revenue goals.
- Partner with Finance on budgeting, revenue recognition, and cash flow planning.
- Build, mentor, and scale high-performing revenue teams.
- Implement and optimize tools, processes, and systems to improve revenue operations and reporting.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of leadership experience in revenue, sales, business development, or revenue operations.
- Proven ability to build and scale revenue-generating teams in complex organizations.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing forecasts, margins, and P&L responsibility.
- Expertise in revenue modeling, sales strategy, pipeline management, and partnerships.
- Executive presence with ability to influence and collaborate across functions.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort using CRM and revenue analytics platforms.
