We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead and align all revenue-generating functions for our growing organization based in Orlando, Florida. This executive will be responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth, optimizing sales performance, expanding market presence, and building high-performing teams across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Strategy & Growth
- Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue strategy aligned with company objectives
- Identify new market opportunities, strategic partnerships, and expansion channels
- Drive predictable, scalable revenue growth across all segments
Sales Leadership
- Lead and mentor high-performing sales teams
- Establish performance metrics, quotas, and incentive structures
- Implement data-driven sales processes and forecasting models
Marketing & Demand Generation
- Align marketing strategy with revenue goals
- Oversee brand positioning, digital strategy, and lead generation initiatives
- Ensure seamless integration between marketing and sales pipelines
Customer Success & Retention
- Strengthen customer acquisition, retention, and expansion strategies
- Improve lifetime value (LTV) and reduce churn
- Enhance customer experience and satisfaction metrics
Analytics & Operations
- Monitor KPIs, revenue forecasting, and financial performance
- Leverage CRM and analytics platforms to optimize revenue operations
- Report performance insights and growth recommendations to the executive team and board
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in revenue, sales, or commercial roles
- Proven track record of scaling revenue in high-growth organizations
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, and customer success
- Strong analytical, strategic, and operational expertise
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
