Position Summary
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will provide strategic financial leadership and oversight of all financial operations, including accounting, reporting, treasury, and planning. Reporting directly to the CEO, the CFO will serve as a key member of Mosaic’s executive team, helping to guide company growth, strengthen financial performance, and support long-term stability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the company’s financial strategy, planning, and performance to support growth and long-term objectives.
- Oversee accounting, reporting, audits, and budgeting in alignment with GAAP.
- Manage cash flow, capital planning, and treasury functions.
- Maintain lender, investor, and vendor relationships built on trust and reliability.
- Oversee acquisition due diligence, financing, and asset-level analysis.
- Develop strategic initiatives and long-term financial plans with the executive team.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting teams.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA and/or MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive financial leadership, with 5+ years as CFO or Controller in multifamily real estate.
- Proven experience in capital management, investor relations, and debt financing.
- Proficiency with RealPage preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
