Role Summary
The Sales Operations Associate supports Google’s Go-to-Market Operations by executing process-driven projects, managing contract workflows, and enabling sales success through operational rigor and data insights. This role blends program management, data analysis, and stakeholder collaboration to drive business efficiency and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute project components and operational processes to improve efficiency.
- Manage contract workflows and communicate status with Sales teams.
- Analyze data, create dashboards, and share actionable insights.
- Support sales activation and campaign execution.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver on business objectives.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
