Atlantic Group is hiring a Sales Operations Analyst (Hybrid) in New York, NY for our client, supporting sales and business development through outreach strategy, performance analytics, and lead management optimization. In this role, you will leverage Salesforce, Excel, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to analyze engagement metrics, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and drive data-informed improvements to outreach efficiency and pipeline performance.
Responsibilities as the Sales Operations Analyst:
- Sales Outreach Strategy & Testing: Design and manage sales outreach cadences and A/B testing initiatives to improve engagement, response rates, and conversion performance.
- Reporting & Performance Analytics: Produce and analyze weekly sales performance reports, tracking key metrics such as outreach effectiveness, response rates, and contact quality.
- Campaign Evaluation & Optimization: Evaluate sales campaigns and outreach strategies to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization and growth.
- Lead & Account Management: Manage account and lead assignments within CRM systems to ensure accurate tracking, prioritization, and follow-up.
- Data Analysis & Forecasting: Conduct historical data analysis and forecasting to support sales planning, pipeline visibility, and business development efforts.
Qualifications for the Sales Operations Analyst:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Economics, or a related field required.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales operations, business development analytics, CRM management, or a related commercial operations role.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Salesforce and advanced Excel, with experience building reports, dashboards, and performance analyses.
- Industry Tools: Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and related sales intelligence or business development tools.
- Skills & Attributes: Highly analytical, detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple initiatives, and the capability to clearly communicate insights to stakeholders.
