Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for for handling and managing the workflow of the organization’s sales processes, enabling sales operations to go smoothly and ensure the implementation of sales strategies to further the growth of the organization. The Sales Operations Analyst will also provide customer support and will be responsible for supporting sales, manufacturing, and supply chain operations by managing customer data in relation to the customer’s order status throughout the manufacturing process.
Duties
- Respond to all customer orders and inquiries within 24hrs or sooner.
- ● Answers incoming customer emails or calls regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions and general client concerns.
- ● Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every client.
- ● Capture and record all pertinent customer information for data entry into sales and supply chain operations databases.
- ● Manage customer data in ERP systems and internal trackers.
- ● Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies.
- ● Provide the sales department with inventory/production data to assist in sales forecasting.
- ● Manage day-to-day 3PL software and Inventory operations.
- ● Code documents according to company procedures.
- ● Check figures, postings, and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy, and proper codes.
- ● Continuous improvement of systems and processes within the Sales Department and Supply Chain by creating or reviewing existing standard operating procedures.
- ● Other duties as required from time to time.
Qualifications
- Proficient in data analysis with a strong understanding of analytics principles.
- Knowledge of the Dietary Supplement industry
- Strong business analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent project management capabilities with a focus on process improvement initiatives.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly to diverse audiences.
