Avocado Communications GmbH, based in Berlin, connects Asian beauty brands with the European market through integrated commerce, logistics, and compliance solutions.
Our sub-brand Seoul Onni is a rapidly growing K-beauty online store and creator incubation platform.
We are currently expanding our business by developing a SaaS platform that helps international brands manage their EU VAT, EPR, and logistics compliance.
To support this growth, we are looking for a dedicated Business Operations & Strategy Manager to work closely with the CEO and actively shape the next phase of our company’s expansion.
Position Overview
This role is ideal for someone who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
You will act as the right hand to the CEO — structuring ideas, managing cross-functional projects, and supporting both internal operations and external business development.

Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the CEO to translate business goals into actionable strategies
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects across operations, marketing, compliance, and product development
- Identify and execute new business opportunities in the EU ecommerce market
- Build efficient internal processes and documentation systems
- Prepare strategic reports, KPI dashboards, and process improvement initiatives
- Serve as a communication bridge between management and team members
- Coordinate external partners, consultants, and service providers
Your Profile
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business operations, project management, or strategy (startup experience is a plus)
- Excellent command of English (German or Korean is a plus)
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a high degree of initiative and result orientation
- Experience working in a dynamic, international environment
- Interest or experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or international business development
