About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Data Analyst to join our growing international team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning data into business insight, improving operational efficiency, and supporting both sales and customer service performance through analysis and process optimization.
Key ResponsibilitiesData Analysis
- Collect, organize, and analyze sales data to identify patterns, trends, and growth opportunities.
- Develop and maintain sales performance reports, dashboards, and forecasts to support data-driven decision-making.
- Design and implement secure and efficient data collection systems, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance.
- Create regular reports and visualizations to communicate insights and highlight areas for improvement.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize sales, marketing, and operational strategies.
Customer Service & Operations
- Manage incoming orders, including processing, cancellations, product returns, and exchanges, ensuring timely and efficient fulfillment.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback from digital channels (email, social media, etc.) to identify service improvement opportunities.
- Develop and implement systems and workflows to improve departmental efficiency and consistency.
- Leverage AI tools and automation to streamline processes and support the company’s digital transformation.
Sales Support
- Support the sales team by providing performance data, customer insights, and analytical tools.
- Assist in sales planning, forecasting, and strategy evaluation.
- Maintain effective communication with internal teams to ensure data alignment and reporting accuracy.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Tableau, or similar data visualization and analysis tools.
- Basic programming skills in Python, R, or SQL preferred.
- Experience using CRM, helpdesk, or ERP systems for data reporting and process tracking.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with great attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
