We're seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for a mission-driven Critical Access Hospital in beautiful Western New Mexico. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced healthcare finance leader to join the executive team of a respected 25-bed hospital serving rural and underserved communities. The CFO will provide strategic oversight of all financial operations, including budgeting, capital planning, revenue cycle, Medicare cost-based reimbursement, Medicaid optimization, compliance, payroll, accounting, and long-term financial sustainability. This role partners closely with the CEO, Board of Directors, and department leaders to drive operational excellence and support the hospital's mission.
