This exciting role will see you working closely with the Digital Sales Leadership team across our global hubs in Dublin, Valencia and Budapest, as well as the global/local Sales Operations teams to set the standard for global sales operations support, driving the right sales behaviours for performance success through the adoption and use of tools and process implementation. Additionally, you will help the Sales Leaders to drive sales performance management via the setting of challenging sales targets, owning business forecasting, delivering actionable insights, and setting the appropriate sales cadence that results in operational efficiency and measurable effectiveness.
