⚪️ Role Summary
As the Founding GTM Lead at Anyshift, you’ll own the motion that brings our product to market. This is a broad and entrepreneurial role: you’ll wear multiple hats across sales and growth. You’ll shape how we tell our story, build relationships with early customers, and set the foundation for repeatable GTM execution.
Responsibilities
- Customer Acquisition: Drive pipeline, run discovery, and close lighthouse accounts to prove product-market fit.
- Growth Experiments: Test and scale channels (events, content, partnerships) to unlock early traction.
- Founder Collaboration: Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and CTO in refining GTM priorities and scaling revenue.
Qualifications
- Early-stage GTM experience (founding team, AE, growth, or chief of staff-like roles) at a high-growth startup.
- Strong storytelling and execution skills; able to operate independently in an unstructured environment.
- Familiarity with DevOps, infrastructure, or developer tools markets a plus.
- Hustle, creativity, and hunger to build from scratch.
