Your mission:
- Build and optimize our go-to-market engine — from lead generation to conversion
- Design and automate outbound workflows: scraping, enrichment, sequencing, scoring
- Connect and orchestrate our sales stack (CRM, LinkedIn, email, analytics)
- Build internal tools and dashboards to track pipeline performance and conversion metrics
- Experiment fast — A/B test messaging, channels, segments and iterate based on data
- Work closely with founders and growth team to scale acquisition in the French ESN market
Your profile:
- Strong technical skills — Python, APIs, no-code/low-code tools (Make, n8n, Zapier...)
- Experience building outbound or PLG pipelines from scratch
- Comfortable with data: SQL, spreadsheets, analytics dashboards
- Knowledge of sales/marketing tools: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lemlist, HubSpot, Instantly...
- Scrappy and resourceful — you find creative ways to reach prospects at scale
- Interest in AI and LLMs for automating GTM workflows is a strong plus
- Startup or freelance experience preferred
