The Opportunity
We’re looking for a high-caliber Executive Assistant to partner with our Chief Revenue Officer as a strategic force-multiplier — someone who goes beyond traditional admin work to drive productivity, organization, and revenue acceleration.
If you thrive in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments, and love anticipating needs before they arise, this is your opportunity to make a measurable impact at the leadership level.
What You’ll Do
Strategic Support
Own and optimize the CRO’s calendar, prioritizing what drives business results.
Protect time for deep work while maintaining access for key stakeholders.
Anticipate needs, manage follow-through, and ensure decisions turn into action.
Communication & Coordination
Manage inboxes and correspondence with precision and discretion.
Draft, edit, and manage communications, eventually handling most independently.
Prepare briefings, agendas, and presentation materials for meetings and events.
Execution & Operations
Track commitments, deadlines, and deliverables across teams — nothing slips through the cracks.
Coordinate key business rhythms: meetings, reviews, and team sessions.
Partner with other executive assistants to drive cross-functional alignment.
Travel & Event Planning
Plan strategic travel that maximizes business impact.
Oversee event logistics, vendor coordination, and detailed run-of-show documents.
Manage related budgets, ensuring ROI and cost efficiency.
Technology & Tools
Leverage Salesforce, Teams, and productivity platforms to streamline workflows.
Create executive-level presentations in Keynote or PowerPoint.
Use AI and automation tools to improve efficiency and decision-making.
Confidentiality & Trust
Handle sensitive information with absolute discretion.
Balance transparency with sound judgment and protect executive priorities.
What You Bring
5+ years’ experience supporting C-level executives in fast-paced or scaling organizations.
Strong business acumen with the ability to connect daily tasks to company goals.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Apple ecosystem, and modern productivity tools.
Skilled communicator with excellent writing, organization, and presentation abilities.
Forward-thinking approach to using AI, data, and automation to optimize work.
Calm under pressure, proactive in problem-solving, and unshakeably reliable.
What Success Looks Like
30 Days: Onboarded, systems mastered, strong working rhythm with CRO.
90 Days: Independently managing calendar, communication, and key initiatives.
6 Months: Anticipating needs and driving priorities proactively.
12 Months: Trusted strategic partner — a key enabler of executive effectiveness.
Why This Role Matters
This isn’t a traditional admin role — it’s a high-impact partnership. You’ll help a senior leader stay focused on what matters most while driving execution, alignment, and results across a growing organization.
