Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) located in North York, ON. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial planning, preparing and reviewing financial statements, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. The role involves analyzing financial data to inform strategic decisions, managing budgets, and providing financial insights to other executives. The CFO will also be tasked with optimizing the financial performance of the company and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Qualifications
- Financial Planning and Budget Management skills
- Expertise in preparing and reviewing Financial Statements
- Strong Finance and Analytical Skills
- Experience with Financial Reporting and Compliance
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or MBA is a plus
- Experience in the manufacturing or sheet metal fabrication industry is preferred
