We’re building a high-growth, vertically integrated hospitality and real estate platform—and we’re looking for a CFO who thinks like an investor, operates like an owner, and executes like a builder.
This is not a maintenance CFO role.
This is about scaling a platform, structuring capital, and driving enterprise value.
You’ll partner directly with the CEO to lead capital strategy, acquisitions, development, and operational performance across a multi-asset portfolio.
Your Mandate
💥 Drive Enterprise Value
- Architect and execute the financial strategy behind a rapidly scaling platform
- Own capital allocation across operations, development, and acquisitions
- Turn financial insight into decisive, high-impact action
💥 Own Capital Markets & Deal Execution
- Structure and raise debt and equity (senior, mezz, LP/GP, structured capital)
- Lead financing for acquisitions, developments, and platform expansion
- Build and manage relationships with lenders, investors, and capital partners
💥 Scale a Multi-Property Platform
- Drive performance across a growing hospitality portfolio
- Optimize key metrics (RevPAR, ADR, EBITDA, cash flow)
- Standardize reporting, KPIs, and financial discipline across assets
💥 Lead Development & Investment Strategy
- Underwrite and execute ground-up developments and repositioning projects
- Own pro formas, feasibility, and return metrics (IRR, equity multiples)
- Ensure projects hit budget, timeline, and return thresholds
💥 Build the Financial Engine
- Implement scalable systems, dashboards, and reporting infrastructure
- Establish a single source of truth across operations and investments
- Build and lead a high-performance finance team
What You Bring
✔ Proven CFO / VP Finance experience in high-growth, multi-asset environments
✔ Deep experience in capital markets, deal structuring, and fundraising
✔ Strong background in hospitality, real estate, or asset-heavy businesses
✔ Track record of scaling platforms, not just managing them
✔ Advanced financial modeling and investment analysis capabilities
✔ Ability to operate at both boardroom and ground level
Highly valued:
- Experience with private equity, syndications, or investment platforms
- CPA, CFA, or equivalent
- Direct involvement in acquisitions, integrations, and development cycles

Compensation
💰 Base: $150K – $190K
🎯 Bonus: 20–40%+ tied to performance and growth milestones
📈 Total Comp: $200K – $300K+
