The Role
Context
We’re looking for a highly analytical, systems-minded RevOps leader to run and elevate our Revenue Operations across Sales and Customer Success. You’ll manage and coach the existing RevOps team, scope and prioritize cross-functional initiatives, and build a scalable CS Ops engine. You’ll own CRM & data, tighten forecast accuracy, reduce time-to-value, and turn insights into action.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead RevOps delivery: partner with the Head of Revenue Operations & Marketing, manage the team (incl. 1 junior), prioritize the roadmap, and coordinate with Sales, CS, Finance, Product, and Legal.
- Scope & prioritize initiatives: define problem statements, success metrics, and SLAs; build business cases and drive trade-offs.
- Design & refine GTM workflows to improve speed, consistency, and conversion across the funnel.
- Own CRM (Salesforce) administration & evolution: data hygiene, integrations, reporting reliability, and user adoption.
- Build executive-grade dashboards and reporting that surface actionable insights along the customer journey.
- Partner with Sales & Finance to strengthen forecasting processes and drive pipeline accuracy.
- Evaluate and manage the GTM stack (Modjo, Everready, Aircall, N8N, etc.) to boost productivity and visibility.
- Align Marketing, Sales, and CS on definitions, metrics, and campaign follow-up to run a cohesive revenue engine.
- Support Sales Enablement on onboarding and continuous training for GTM systems and processes.
- Test and scale data-driven tactics (lead scoring, segmentation, territories) and iterate based on results.
- Extract insights that improve sales performance monitoring and drive concrete actions for new and existing clients.
Who we’re looking for

5-8+ years in Revenue Operations (SaaS or high-growth tech).
- Hands-on with CRM systems (Salesforce / HubSpot) and modern GTM tools.
- Strong analytical skills: you translate data into clear, strategic recommendations.
- Solid grasp of B2B funnels & revenue KPIs (CAC, LTV, NRR, MRR).
- Excellent communicator and cross-team collaborator; you bridge business and technical worlds.
- Proactive, curious, and comfortable improving processes in a fast-moving environment.
- Knowledge of lead scoring, territory planning, attribution, or incentive plans.
- Fluency in English
