What You’ll Do:
- Implement and maintain a CRM platform
- Close collaboration with senior leaders, including C-Suite executives, to support strategic initiatives and investor reporting.
- Lead and contribute to cross-functional projects that enhance business performance.
- Ensure teams are equipped with the right data, processes, and tools to operate efficiently and effectively.
- Act as a central point of coordination across departments to streamline operations and drive alignment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Extensive CRM strategy experience
- Proven experience in business operations, strategy, or a similar cross-functional role.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Must have MS Dynamics experience
