Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the ODG accounting and finance team to foster collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with the CEO and senior leadership to shape and execute financial strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Oversee accurate and timely financial reporting and ensure full compliance with regulatory and stakeholder requirements.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning to support data-driven decision-making.
- Drive finance transformation initiatives, including automation, system integration, and process optimization.
- Oversee enterprise risk management, internal controls, and compliance frameworks to protect financial assets.
- Manage treasury functions, working capital, and capital-raising efforts to support business growth.
- Lead financial aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions, including due diligence and integration.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, lenders, and investors, to ensure alignment on financial performance and objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (required).
- CPA, CA, CMA, or CFA designation (required); MBA or master’s degree in Finance (preferred).
- Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in senior finance leadership roles.
- Demonstrated experience in mergers & acquisitions, capital structuring, and treasury management.
- In-depth knowledge of GAAP, ASPE, and other applicable financial regulations.
- Proven track record of implementing financial systems, improving reporting, and driving organizational efficiency.
