The OpportunityStatSocial is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to support our growing sales organization. This role serves as the operational backbone of the sales team, helping to maintain visibility into pipeline performance, streamline processes, and ensure alignment between sales, marketing, and leadership.
You will be reporting directly to the CEO and providing a critical role in managing CEO sales reporting, tracking opportunities in HubSpot, coordinating lead generation activities, and keeping the team organized and accountable. The role offers a chance to build a strong foundation in sales operations while contributing directly to a growing SaaS business.
In This Role, You Will:- Build and maintain HubSpot dashboards and reports to track pipeline performance, deal progression, and lead conversion.
- Partner with sales leadership to organize and facilitate regular pipeline reviews and forecasting meetings.
- Monitor the progress of inbound and outbound leads, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate status updates.
- Support coordination between marketing campaigns and lead generation initiatives.
- Present reports and findings directly to the CEO.
- Maintain CRM hygiene and data accuracy across all accounts, opportunities, and contact records.
- Serve as a liaison between sales, marketing, and operations to ensure smooth handoffs and communication.
- Provide general administrative support to the sales organization, including scheduling, documentation, and reporting.
Qualifications:- 1-3 years of experience in sales operations, marketing operations, or a similar support role.
- Experience working with HubSpot (or a comparable CRM) and/or Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with strong time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work cross-functionally with sales and leadership.
- Proactive problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities with minimal oversight.
