At Petra Funds Group, we help some of the world’s leading private funds operate with excellence. As our firm continues to grow, we’re looking for a
Manager, Sales Operations to support our Business Development team in scaling best-in-class sales operations and analytics.
Reporting to the Director of Sales Operations, this person will play a key role in ensuring our sales process runs smoothly — from CRM hygiene and pipeline tracking to proposal logistics and reporting. You’ll also drive continuous improvement through analytics, dashboards, and process refinement that help our team win more effectively.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with the Business Development team to streamline and execute sales processes, ensuring consistent CRM data integrity and pipeline accuracy.
- Manage Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and analytics to provide clear visibility into performance and growth opportunities
- Oversee proposal logistics, meeting cadence, and documentation to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Identify and implement process improvements across sales enablement, reporting, and operations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, client service, and leadership teams to support strategic initiatives.
Required
Qualifications
- 5–10 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, or related business operations roles.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce CRM (dashboards, reporting, data management).
- Exceptional organizational and analytical skills with a continuous-improvement mindset.
- Clear, proactive communicator with strong follow-through and collaboration skills.
- Based in the New York metro area, with the ability to work 3 days per week in office.
Preferred
- Experience supporting proposal development, pipeline management, or client onboarding.
- Background in financial services, fund administration, or private equity/debt fund operations.
- Familiarity with sales enablement materials, templates, and version control.
- Experience designing dashboards or tracking sales-conversion/pipeline metrics.
Salary RangeAt Petra Funds Group, we are committed to transparency and equity in our hiring practices. The compensation range for this position is $82,000 - $123,000 per year. This range represents the base salary only. Actual pay will depend on factors such as qualifications, experience, and skills.
