Position Overview:
We’re looking for a
Sales Operations Analyst to join our global Sales Operations team, supporting our NYC office. You’ll report to the Salesforce Team Lead in TLV and act as the go-to operator for everything Salesforce related - dashboards, reports, data quality, user issues, and system enhancements. You’ll bridge our sales leadership in NYC & TLV, turning data into insights and driving process improvements through Salesforce and Tableau.
What You’ll Do
- Own and maintain Salesforce dashboards, reports, and data integrity for accurate forecasting and performance reviews.
- Troubleshoot issues, manage user requests, and ensure smooth Salesforce operations.
- Act as the analytical bridge between sales teams in NYC and TLV.
- Lead and support CRM projects: process optimisation, data migrations, new features, and integrations.
- Build actionable reports and visualisations (Salesforce + Tableau) to enable decision-making.
- Create training, documentation, and best practices to improve adoption and data quality.
- Collaborate across time zones with Sales, Marketing, Analytics, Finance and Legal.
Requirements:
What You Bring
- 2-5 years’ experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst / Specialist within Sales Ops or CRM.
- Hands-on Salesforce expertise: reports, dashboards, data management, configuration, validation rules, page layouts, and flows.
- Strong analytical mindset; proficient in Google Sheets/Excel and familiar with Tableau and SQL.
- Self-driven problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Business Acumen: Understanding of key sales processes, pipeline management, and forecasting methodologies.
Nice to Have:
- Experience working across global teams or split-region operations.
- Salesforce Admin certification or similar credentials.
- Exposure to flows, automation, and data integrations.
- Understanding of sales process best practices (pipeline, forecasting, quota tracking).

This position has a base salary range of $90,000 to $120,000. This salary range is reflective of a position based in New York, New York. Please note that actual salaries are commensurate with experience, and since ARTLIST has a location-based compensation structure, there may be a different range for candidates in other locations.
