We are seeking a Deal Desk Director to lead Island’s Deal Desk function — driving structure, clarity, and speed across our go-to-market motion. This role is central to enabling our Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams to execute high-quality deals efficiently while maintaining compliance, scalability, and profitability.This role is Dallas based and expected to be in the office 5 days a week.
