Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at VAIS Engineering Pvt. Ltd., located in Kolkata. The CFO will oversee the financial strategy of the organization, ensuring compliance and efficiency in all financial processes. Responsibilities include leading financial planning and forecasting, preparing and analyzing financial statements and reports, managing budgets, and ensuring the overall financial health of the company. The CFO will collaborate with leadership to support business growth while maintaining fiscal responsibility.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting
- Extensive experience with Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
- Strong knowledge of Finance principles and practices, along with Analytical Skills
- Effective strategic thinking and decision-making skills
- Strong leadership and communication abilities to interface with executive teams and stakeholders
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related discipline; a CPA, CFA, or MBA is preferred
- Proven track record of success in financial leadership roles
