We are looking for a dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) who will provide strategic leadership in managing the financial health of the organization, ensuring compliance, profitability, and long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement the company’s financial strategy aligned with growth objectives.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Support management in expansion, modernization, and capex projects.
2. Accounting & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, PF, ESIC, and Company Law.
- Oversee preparation of balance sheet, P&L, MIS, and management reports.
- Liaise with statutory, internal, tax, and cost auditors for timely closure.
3. Cost & Profitability Management
- Monitor raw material costing (steel, alloys, scrap) and optimize cost structures.
- Conduct product costing, margin analysis, and cost-benefit reviews.
- Drive waste reduction, productivity improvement, and efficiency programs.
4. ERP, MIS & Internal Controls
- Implement and enhance ERP & MIS systems for accurate reporting.
- Establish strong internal financial controls and risk management systems.
- Track and report KPIs – debtor days, creditor days, cost ratios, production efficiency.
5. Leadership & Board Relations
- Lead and mentor the finance, accounts, and audit team at plant and HO.
- Present financial insights and strategic recommendations to the Board/Promoters.
- Maintain strong relationships with banks, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
6. Risk & Governance
- Identify and mitigate financial, market, and credit risks.
- Ensure corporate governance, transparency, and compliance at all levels.
Candidate Profile
- CA Qualified with 5–10 years of post-qualification experience.
- Mandatory experience in Steel Forging / Heavy Engineering / Manufacturing Industry.
- Strong expertise in costing, treasury, taxation, and compliance.
- Proven ability in financial planning, cost optimization, and profitability improvement.
- Hands-on exposure to ERP, MIS, and financial control systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
