We’re an emerging AI startup developing intelligent tools and automation products designed to help small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) modernize their operations, enhance efficiency, and compete with enterprise-level capabilities. Our mission is to bring accessible, ROI-driven AI to everyday business owners — from customer engagement to analytics and workflow automation.
We’re now looking for a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to join our founding team and lead all go-to-market, sales, and revenue initiatives. This is an opportunity to help build and launch a company from the ground up with a profit-sharing or equity-based arrangement.
The Role
As CRO, you will be the driving force behind monetization and growth. You’ll lead the design and execution of our revenue strategy, from market entry through scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for AI products aimed at SMBs.
- Build and manage a sales pipeline, forming partnerships and direct B2B relationships.
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue expansion.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align messaging and pricing strategy.
- Establish KPIs, forecasting models, and scalable sales processes.
- Represent the company to potential clients, partners, and investors.
About You
You’re a growth-focused leader who understands both sales execution and startup-building. Ideally, you have an entrepreneurial mindset and strong connections with SMBs or B2B clients who could benefit from AI-driven tools.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth (ideally in SaaS, AI, or tech startups).
- Established network in SMB or enterprise partnerships.
- Deep understanding of B2B sales cycles, channels, and partnerships.
- Ability to thrive in a startup environment — self-motivated, adaptable, and strategic.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Interest in profit-sharing or equity-based compensation.
