Base salary £60,000 — £70,000 + bonus/benefits.
The role can be fully remote or hybrid (if you like coming to the office). Your stakeholders are based in London and Cambridge.

This is a varied, hands-on role that touches many parts of the business. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to make things run smoothly — spotting opportunities to simplify processes, improve systems, and bring practical solutions to life. Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning and Management: Contribute to developing and implementing strategies that enhance operational efficiency, streamlining processes, policies, and procedures.
- Financial Management: Oversee external spend and vendor budgets, monitor and forecast costs, and identify opportunities for cost savings and improved efficiency.
- Technology and Systems: Evaluate, implement, and manage technology tools to support business operations and improve workflows, such as process management or reporting platforms.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across the organisation to ensure alignment with broader business goals and support cross-functional projects and initiatives.
- Data and Reporting: Analyse operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, preparing clear reports for leadership and decision-makers.
- Project Management: Coordinate and manage operational projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with strategic objectives.
- Governance and Coordination: Support executive operations by maintaining documentation, meeting schedules, action tracking, and centralised reporting processes.
- Executive Support: Provide agile, high-level operational assistance to senior leaders, including organising meetings, preparing materials, and maintaining document systems.
- Learning and Development Coordination: Support continuous improvement by helping coordinate internal and external training, workshops, and development opportunities.
About you

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
- A builder’s mindset, with the ability to design and implement new processes, policies, and procedures from the ground up.
- Proven experience in managing budgets, forecasting, financial analysis, and vendor relationships.
- Strong technical proficiency, including PowerPoint, Excel, and AI-driven tools, with experience implementing or improving corporate management systems.
- Desirable: Experience working within a fast-growing or private-equity-backed business.
- Evidence of driving initiatives that enhance communication, teamwork, and knowledge sharing.
