Chief Financial Officer Bristol /Hybrid £150,000 plus LTIP
post fund raise this will rise to £180k plus a £50k success fee

What we’re looking for:
- Proven CFO / Finance Director experience in biotech, pharma or life sciences
- Strong record across private capital or trade transactions
- Exceptional financial control, governance and shareholder management
- Strategic mindset with hands-on delivery
- Ability to be in the South West 2–3 days per week
