We are looking for a Sales Operations Manager / Senior Manager to join us. This role optimizes sales processes, systems, and analytics to drive revenue growth and operational excellence. It enables high-performing sales teams through data-driven insights, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration to support the company’s growth and compliance objectives. This role is based onsite at our Singapore office.
Key responsibilities
- Lead sales meeting and reporting, including but not limited to sales performance reports and forecasting, review meetings and data analytics to drive sales results
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and revenue pipelines aligned with annual targets
- Oversee the creation of sales decks, performance reports, and dashboards while maintaining accuracy and timeliness
- Develop and manage dashboards to track sales funnel and revenue performance and performance insights
- Design and implement scalable sales processes and workflows
- Drive adoption and training of CRM system to maximize business impact, insights and continuity
- Identify and implement improvements in sales automation, analytics, and CRM workflows
- Ensure documentation hygiene and compliance with procurement and audit standards
- Serve as a subject matter expert on sales operations and be a resource for internal departments to execute with rigor and excellence
- Manage and mentor a team, foster performance and operational continuity.
Preferred Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
- 5 to 7 years of experience in sales operations, sales planning or sales strategy in ecommerce or platform businesses
- Experience with sales software and data analytics tools e.g. CRM, PowerBI required
- People manager experience highly preferred
- Self-motivated team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
