Role Overview:
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will oversee the financial operations, compliance, planning, and budgeting processes of the Trust and its educational institutions. The role ensures that financial resources are used efficiently, ethically, and in alignment with the Trust’s mission and statutory guidelines governing charitable educational establishments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Strategy and Planning
- Formulate and implement financial strategies to support the Trust’s growth and sustainability
.• Lead annual budgeting across all SSRVM schools and Trust departments.
- Conduct financial forecasting, financial modeling, and scenario planning.
2. Accounting and Financial Operations
- Supervise day-to-day accounting operations, fund flow management, and cash controls.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and MIS reports.
- Oversee payroll, vendor payments, fee management, and grant utilization.
3. Compliance and Regulatory Management
- Ensure compliance with relevant statutory requirements including Income Tax Act (12A, 80G), FCRA, CSR, GST, PF, ESI, and Trust Act regulations.
- Coordinate with legal advisors and auditors for timely audits, assessments, and filings.
- Maintain documentation and reporting as required by government authorities.
4. Budget Monitoring and Cost Control
- Monitor budget utilization across schools and departments.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising academic and operational standards.
- Implement internal control systems to mitigate financial risks.
5. Liaison and Stakeholder Coordination
- Collaborate with Principals, Accounts Teams, and Central Administration Units for financial governance.
- Present financial updates to the Trust Board and Management Council.
- Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, donors, and CSR partners.Qualifications and Experience
- CA or CMA (Mandatory). MBA in Finance is an advantage.
- Minimum 10–15 years of experience in Finance Management, preferably in educational institutions, non-profit organizations, or multi-unit organizations.
- Strong knowledge of Trust compliance frameworks, FCRA, and education sector finance is required.

Pay: ₹655,100.73 - ₹1,475,455.46 per year
