Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Strategic Growth Role
Our client is a fast-growing and dynamic organization with a clear ambition to pursue an IPO within the next 2–3 years. As part of this growth journey, they are looking to appoint an experienced and forward-looking CFO to join the Executive Leadership Team.
What We’re Looking For:
• Senior finance leader with strong strategic, operational & commercial acumen
• Proven experience building scalable financial processes, internal controls & governance frameworks
• Strong exposure to compliance, risk management & enhanced reporting standards
• Digital finance transformation experience (ERP optimization, automation, analytics, tech-enabled reporting)
• IPO readiness, capital structuring & investor engagement experience (highly desirable)
• Prior experience in Construction, Infrastructure, or Real Estate sectors will be a strong advantage
